Shipments
The shipment of the orders will be maked through Serpost of Peru if the shipment is outside of Peru. In this case , the shipment will be using the service of Exports Easy that it promotes the government of Peru. This form of shipment allows to assure the customer who his merchandise will arrive definitively to his destiny and without no type of fraud, reducing the bureaucratic proceedings and the high logistic costs and of transport. To each customer, a code of Tracking will be provided to him by means of the shipment of an email to its electronic mail so that this one makes the pursuit respective of the state of its shipment. Also it will arrive at the time of the reception from his order , the ticket from sale + the copy of the DNI from who send the order + a shipment document of SUNAT . For national customer , the shipments will be by Olva Curier if it is within Peru. If the customer wishes another method of shipment can suggest that detail to us as long as that transport exist in the Country.
Refunds
Our main guarantee is the total satisfaction of the customers with our products, reason why, if once received the order , this one does not respond to their expectations or simply has been an error, the customer will have 5 days to make the return of the product . In these cases, mochikashop.com will give back the amount of the purchase with the exception of the expenses of shipment that will be the responsibility of the customer. In order to be able to realise the refund requisite , it will be forced that as much the product as their packing is in perfect conditions. Mochikashop.com reserves the right to accept those returns that do not fulfill this condition.
In case the shipment does not arrive in perfect conditions or there has been an error on the part of mochikashop.com, the customer will have right to the resend of the product without additional cost or to the total restitution amount of the purchase including the expenses shipment once the product has been given back to our facilities and the incidence has been verified. In case the shipment has suffered damages during the transport, the customer will have to communicate this situation to mochikashop.com before the 48 later hours to his reception. In this case, mochikashop.com will initiate the procedure of claim to the transport company to replace the merchandise damaged without additional charge to the client.
If it wishes to give back a product acquired in mochikashop.com it will have to previously notify it by email being indicated the following
- Name and Address of email with which the purchase took place.
- Number y Date of Order.
- Bought products, including its price.
- Reason for the return

In any case, the shipment is processed as soon as possible .
It will be come to realise a unique shipment when it is available all the product to give back, except in case the client indicates to us the opposite. However, mochikashop.com reserves the right to send the orders of form fragmented without additional cost for the customer.
For those products that are not in stock , the customer will be facilitated to by means of electronic mail the approximate downtime that the manufacturer or supplier has communicated to us and he will stay informed of any variation that can arise from this term.
